Responsibilities

Manage the full contract lifecycle—from intake and routing to execution and tracking—for vendor, service, sponsorship, marketing, and venue agreements
Maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and a central repository; track renewals and key obligations
Support corporate governance by preparing meeting materials, resolutions, and organizational documents
Handle entity management, including corporate records, formations, annual filings, and registrations
Coordinate KYC/AML documentation, certificates, and other regulatory and insurance requests
Assist with subpoenas, records requests, and litigation-related document collection and tracking
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, HR, IT, and operations teams on legal and compliance matters
Support process improvements, document management, and administrative functions of the Legal Department

Required

Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred; equivalent experience considered
3–7 years of corporate paralegal or legal administrative experience, ideally in-house or at a law firm
Strong understanding of corporate law, governance, and contract administration
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong background in CLM systems, e-signature, and e-billing tools. Including updating and maintaining systems
High integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters

Preferred

Experience in the Hospitality or Entertainment industry preferred
