Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations with a strong emphasis on Workday Studio
Support and enhance existing integrations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
Develop and maintain EIBs and Core Connectors as needed
Troubleshoot complex integration issues and identify opportunities for improvement
Manage assigned deliverables and timelines independently, while maintaining clear communication with project stakeholders
Collaborate with both functional and technical teams to align solutions with business needs and Workday best practices
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience developing Workday integrations
Deep, hands-on experience with Workday Studio
Strong understanding of EIBs and Core Connectors
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision
Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong written/verbal communication skills
