Part-Time Research Assistant
Penn State University is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented undergraduate student to join their research team as a Research Assistant. The student will contribute to ongoing research projects in high-energy astroparticle physics, focusing on neutrinos under the supervision of Dr. Stephanie Wissel.

Responsibilities
Contribute to ongoing research projects in high-energy astroparticle physics, with a focus on neutrinos
Conduct research using computational tools and/or work in the lab
Work on mechanical design, high-frequency electronics, antennas for experiments deployed in remote locations
Qualification
Required
Motivated and detail-oriented undergraduate student
Ability to contribute to ongoing research projects in high-energy astroparticle physics
Focus on neutrinos under the supervision of Dr. Stephanie Wissel
Conduct research using computational tools
Work in the lab focusing on radio detection of neutrinos
Experience with mechanical design
Knowledge of high-frequency electronics
Familiarity with antennas for experiments deployed in remote locations like Greenland, Antarctica, New Zealand, and Argentina
Successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies
