Responsibilities
Review and manage pending reports in DRYCO’s CRM
Follow up with estimators on active bids and dashboards
Track progress, wins, and opportunities, and share insights proactively
Maintain consistent communication with the Director of Business Development
Attend local tradeshows, lunches, mixers, golf tournaments, and community events with company financial support
Discover, schedule, and attend one-on-one meetings with prospects
Build strong relationships with property managers, general contractors, facility managers, and industry counterparts
Represent DRYCO in Sacramento with warmth, professionalism, and preparedness
Identify new opportunities with property management companies, general contractors, and local businesses
Map the Sacramento territory and uncover new prospects—this one is tantamount
Act as DRYCO’s 'eyes and ears' in a relationship-driven market
Assist with planning and executing DRYCO’s larger annual events (3–4 per year)
Add thoughtful hospitality touches that elevate the guest experience
Qualification
Required
Full-time position for a career-minded business development professional
Based in the greater Sacramento area
Ability to work independently for day-to-day responsibilities
Regular in-person attendance at local meetings, events, tradeshows, and relationship-building activities
Experience in managing reports in a CRM
Ability to follow up with estimators on active bids and dashboards
Proactive tracking of progress, wins, and opportunities
Consistent communication with the Director of Business Development
Experience in attending local tradeshows, lunches, mixers, golf tournaments, and community events
Ability to discover, schedule, and attend one-on-one meetings with prospects
Strong relationship-building skills with property managers, general contractors, facility managers, and industry counterparts
Professional representation of DRYCO in Sacramento
Ability to identify new opportunities with property management companies, general contractors, and local businesses
Mapping the Sacramento territory and uncovering new prospects
