Responsibilities
Learn and increase your knowledge of manufacturing operations
Manage recruiting efforts primarily for our production business unit
Input job descriptions and start the approval process
Filter top candidates
Conduct phone screens and interviews
Schedule candidate testing and interviews for the hiring team
Coordinate preemployment requirements for new hires
Assist with onboarding tasks
Provide support on additional requisitions as needed
Assist the HR team in data entry needs for the Workday system
Lead in organizing and maintaining both physical and digital records
Support partnership activities with local K-12 and post-secondary education
Attend job fairs and outreach events with team
Be flexible to project needs
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects
Qualification
Required
Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree or higher with a Human Resources or Business degree focus is required
Working experience with Microsoft Suite
Skilled in Excel with creating, modifying, and running reports
Customer service focused with an ability to conversate with various personality types
Successful demonstration of communication and presentation skills
Problem solving skills to support site needs and determine top candidates for the job at hand
Adaptability to where your support is needed most and able to multitask
Lead with a positive attitude
Punctuality in work schedule and task completion
Ready to try something new and learn!
Preferred
Preference will go to those having completed HR classes thus far
