Responsibilities
Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements
Lead, develop and oversee a PMO team with that identify and seek to harness enterprise or category growth opportunities
Become a thought partner to senior executives, influencing decisions in line with category and enterprise strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally and effectively influence without authority to drive business decisions and advance long-term strategic efforts
Work closely with Senior leaders in mapping future strategic opportunities for company growth
Work closely with Senior leaders to ensure best in class collaboration across all functions in the execution of a global NPI and PMO process
Responsible for orchestrating the entire product launch lifecycle, from market strategy to post-launch optimization
Responsible for developing and executing a clear strategy for all NPI programs, R&D driven and ops/sustaining efforts
Harmonize the stage-gate process and business reviews globally to ensuring customer success
Plan and oversee the execution of select projects (R&D and operational), including setting goals, defining project scopes, allocating resources, managing timelines, and communicating progress/milestones and metrics
Establish sensible project meeting and reporting cadences to enable project velocity and hold project owners accountable to established project objectives and metrics with commitment to budgets, timelines and quality
Propose and plan key projects and initiatives with the Senior Leadership Team that drive global strategy and facilitate future growth
Create and deploy standard execution tools and methods for use in project management efforts across the organization within a variety of functional areas
Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, monitor progress, and measure the success of execution efforts
Lead and facilitate change management efforts by ensuring all stakeholders are engaged, informed, and supported throughout the transformation process
Provide timely updates to the Senior Leadership Team on project status, challenges and actions
Performs other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; MBA/Advanced degree desirable
10+ years of experience in business leadership, project management, strategic analysis, change management and large-scale program activity for a global, matrixed organization
Experience working in a high-growth organization
Experience working in a global organization
Experience in medical device is required
Ability to develop and hold project teams accountable to agreed upon KPI's
Demonstrated track record of leading and managing large-scale projects and initiatives
Ability to drive organizational change, streamline processes, and implement new systems and/or structures
Proven experience successfully leading cross-functional teams on complex projects
Track record of developing strategic plans, analyzing complex situations, identifying key issues, and implementing effective solutions
Demonstrated ability to set and lead priorities, resources, performance targets and project initiatives in a global environment
Experience managing geographically dispersed teams
Strong Financial and Business acumen
Ability to handle multiple large, complex projects simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to liaise positively with all levels of management including C-suite as well as the ability to advise, consult, challenge and influence others
Proven data analytics capabilities
50% travel
