Storage Specialist

Responsibilities

Build lasting relationships with our customers by helping them through the storage process
Guide our customers through our very simple contact-free rental process
Maintain facility cleanliness standards by performing daily tasks (vacant units cleaning, sweeping/mopping, check lighting, etc.)

Qualification

Sales experienceCustomer service experienceMicrosoft OfficeBasic computer skillsVerbal communicationWritten communication

Required

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Valid Driver's License with access to transportation
High school or equivalent

Preferred

Sales and customer service experience in the retail and or service industries
Customer Service: 5 years
Working knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word
Basic computer skills
