Director/ExecutiveDream Finders Homes is seeking a professional and experienced Director of Finance to improve the financial performance of their homebuilding operations. The role involves responsibilities such as aiding in cost control, preparing financial statements, and collaborating with leadership to enhance division performance.

Responsibilities
Responsibility for aiding in cost control in the divisions assigned
Provide direction to develop and implement procedures that impact budgets, costs and strategic goals
Preparation and review of proformas, financial statements, forecasts and G&A expenditures
Prepare margin analysis and pricing proformas
Communicate with investors as they perform their due diligence and underwriting of prospective projects
Facilitate trailing costs accruals
Collaborating with the Division President and other leaders to increase overall division performance
Qualification
Required
College degree in Accounting or Finance
Thorough knowledge of financial operations
Exceptional communication skills -- both written and verbal
Comfortable presenting ideas and solutions to leadership and key business partners
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and time management skills
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred
Homebuilding experience is strongly preferred but other related industries may be considered
