Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
Translate business needs into clear documentation, reports, and insights
Assist in analyzing processes, workflows, and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Support project planning by helping define scope, timelines, and success metrics
Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings to internal teams
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, finance, and technology teams
Help test solutions and validate that business requirements are met
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, operations, or similar role (internships count!)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with data in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Preferred
Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics tools
Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
Prior experience supporting projects or process improvement initiatives
