They are seeking a Customer Service Specialist responsible for providing customer service and sales support, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.

Responsibilities

Provide internal and external customer service and sales support to both the Sales Team and customer engagements

Responsible for daily inventory allocation reports

Use allocation tools to ensure supply is made available to support forecasted sales

Prepare the quarterly and annual sales reports in addition to other miscellaneous reports needed by management

Work closely with TPE headquarters to ensure timely and accurate receiving of special shipments and regular allocations for replenishment

Answer customer phone calls and email inquiries, process sales leads, and ensure they are directed to the appropriate team member

Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and account managers

Coordinate daily with other departments in order to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and processing RMA (Return Material Authorization)

Order office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure the office runs efficiently

Any other assigned miscellaneous tasks by management
