Drive CRM product strategy, roadmap, and stakeholder alignment

Own business process design and end-user experience

Lead Salesforce CRM implementation and adoption

Partner with executive leadership and external stakeholders (insurance partners)

Support delivery teams using Scrum and Kanban methodologies
