Responsibilities

Design, configure, and support Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams, including migrations, hybrid environments, security controls, and performance monitoring

Lead governance, security, and adoption initiatives across M365, ensuring compliance, data protection, and consistent policy enforcement

Integrate M365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) with each other and with third-party tools to improve collaboration and productivity

Provide Tier 2/3 support, troubleshoot complex service and connectivity issues, and drive proactive improvements to system stability and user experience

Use PowerShell and automation tools to streamline administration, reporting, and operational workflows

Maintain clear documentation of configurations and changes, and stay current on roadmap updates and best practices
