Responsibilities
Inspect, Repair & Maintain Aerial Lift Equipment: Perform in-shop and field based diagnostics and repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, vehicle electrical, and Electronic control sensors and systems on various aerial equipment
Field based on-site service visits at customer locations across the United States and Canada
Ensure Uptime & Safety: Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to maximize performance and meet ANSI/OSHA safety standards
Deliver Exceptional Customer Support: Communicate clearly with customers, walk them through issues and repairs, and ensure satisfaction after every visit
Report & Document: Maintain clear and accurate records of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical certification (ASE, EVT, or hydraulic systems) or vocational training in a related field is a plus
3+ years working with aerial lifts, bucket trucks, hydraulic systems, electronic control systems, or heavy equipment (e.g., utility trucks, forestry equipment, aerial work platforms, or construction machinery)
Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
Strong diagnostic abilities across hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems
Knowledge of aerial lift products is a plus
Comfortable working solo in the field, managing time and service priorities
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Willingness to travel. Travel time away from home but may be as high as 75% in a year
Valid driver's license with a clean record
