Responsibilities
Call warm, engaged buyers who just purchased a supplement
Enroll them into a complete coaching + supplement plan that fits their goals
Lead with integrity, empathy, and clear guidance (no pressure tactics)
Close consistently: 5+ deals/day depending on volume + skill
Work 5–12 hours/day on your schedule - we don't limit you
First 30 days are outbound dials to get product fluent and in rhythm—if you won’t do outbound, don’t apply
Qualification
Required
Service-first mindset with a love for people and winning
Experience in closing sales, particularly in health and wellness
Ability to call warm, engaged buyers who have purchased a supplement
Skill in enrolling clients into a complete coaching and supplement plan
Integrity, empathy, and clear guidance in sales approach
Ability to close consistently: 5+ deals/day depending on volume and skill
Willingness to work 5–12 hours/day on a flexible schedule
Experience with outbound dialing to gain product fluency
Track record of earning $8K–$12K/month and desire for real scale
Coachability, accountability, and a heart-centered approach to selling
Desire to achieve $20K–$30K+ months with team support
Ability to keep promises, track numbers, and maintain steady energy daily
Must have your own LLC or S-Corp or international equivalent for contract work
