Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC (RAS) is a nationally recognized law firm specializing in creditor’s rights. They are seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney to provide high-volume legal representation for mortgage lenders and servicers in bankruptcy-related matters.

Responsibilities

Represent creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings

Manage a high-volume caseload independently

Draft legal pleadings, motions, and correspondence

Attend hearings (virtually or in person) and communicate with courts as needed

Maintain effective and timely communication with clients and team members

Work collaboratively with paralegals, legal support staff, and other attorneys

Qualification

Juris Doctor (JD)License To Practice LawBankruptcy ExperienceLegal WritingOrganizational SkillsCommunication Skills

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

License To Practice Law In Illinois Required

Excellent organizational, communication, and legal writing skills

Ability to handle a large caseload in a fast-paced legal environment

Preferred

Previous bankruptcy or foreclosure experience a plus, but not required
