Responsibilities

Act as the liaison between recruiting partners and candidates

Schedule and facilitate all phone, video, and onsite interviews

Communicate daily with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and other parties involved with the interview process

Reschedule and problem-solve as needed when candidate interview schedules require changes

Provide a best in class experience for candidates

Required

BA/BS degree required

1+ years of coordination experience in recruiting or HR

Someone with a knack for organization and finding creative solutions to problems

An effective problem solver and able to make decisions quickly

Able to work well in high-volume scenarios

An effective communicator who enjoys building new relationships

Someone who's passionate about providing a world-class candidate experience

Experience with online systems, calendar tools such as Goodtime, and the Google suite
