Responsibilities

Develop, schedule, and distribute burst reports using Infor Workbrain reporting tools

Collaborate with HR, payroll, and operations teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective report outputs

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards and policies

Monitor report performance and troubleshoot issues related to scheduling, distribution, or data inconsistencies

Maintain documentation of reporting processes, templates, and schedules

Provide ad-hoc reporting support and analysis as requested by business stakeholders

Partner with IT and WFM teams to optimize reporting workflows and improve automation

Required

Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Hands-on experience with Infor Workbrain WFM or similar workforce management systems

Strong knowledge of burst reporting concepts (automated report scheduling, distribution, and delivery)

Proficiency in SQL, data extraction, and report-building tools

Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Ability to manage multiple reporting requests and prioritize effectively

Preferred

Experience with Infor WFM reporting modules or related enterprise reporting platforms

Familiarity with HR, payroll, or workforce scheduling processes

Exposure to BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Cognos) for advanced reporting and visualization

Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
