Responsibilities
Lead or support the implementation and configuration of ONIT modules such as Matter Management, Legal Spend Management, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Workflow Automation
Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Design, develop, test, and deploy ONIT workflows using the Applaud Designer or similar configuration tools
Integrate ONIT with third-party systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, document management systems) using APIs or middleware
Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of ONIT systems post-implementation
Train users and administrators on ONIT platform features and functionality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, IT, and vendors to ensure successful delivery
Document business processes, system configurations, and user manuals
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with ONIT software implementation or support (1–3 years minimum)
Strong understanding of legal operations or enterprise workflow management
Experience with ONIT Applaud Designer or similar low-code/no-code platforms
Familiarity with legal matter management, e-billing, and CLM concepts
Basic understanding of APIs and data integrations
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Prior consulting experience in legal tech or enterprise software
Familiarity with other legal tech platforms (e.g., CounselLink, Mitratech, SimpleLegal)
Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or scripting languages is a plus
ONIT certification (if available) or formal training is an advantage
