Responsibilities

Review employee reports for accuracy, completeness and ensure they are compliant
Verify receipts, documentation, and approvals
Process expenses within a timely manner
Identify inconsistencies, errors or policy violations and resolve or escalate as needed
Maintain records of all expenses submitted
Respond to employee inquires with regards to expense policy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and email applications like Outlook and Concur
