Responsibilities

Architect Lean solutions with impactful incremental deliverables
Optimize multi-cloud systems for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
Design and implement system observability with actionable alerting and measurable SLOs
Drive operational excellence through infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and observability practices
Lead root cause analysis and blameless post-mortem discussions
Foster a culture of learning, empowerment, and achievement

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
6+ years of professional experience in software engineering
Experience with event-driven architectures
Experience with relational and key-value databases
Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization, terraform
Experience driving performance through observability
Proficiency in at least one server-side programming language
Experience leading incident response and root cause analysis
U.S. Citizen or permanent resident status required
