Responsibilities
Deliver on-site & virtual demos, training, and technical support
Troubleshoot hardware and software in real-world customer environments
Support pre-sales technical analysis and customer sample evaluations
Work closely with sales and engineering to solve complex application challenges
Qualification
Required
2–4 years in an Applications, Field, or Customer-Facing Engineering role
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering
Comfortable with both hardware & software
Confident working with customers; curious, collaborative problem-solver
Preferred
Aerospace or energy experience a plus
