Responsibilities
Support the execution of project-level and corporate-level financing transactions, including tax equity, construction debt, term debt, and portfolio financings
Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate financing structures and capital allocation decisions
Prepare investment committee materials, lender presentations, and supporting analyses
Assist in managing relationships with financing counterparties, including banks, tax equity investors, advisors, and legal counsel
Conduct market research and benchmarking on financing trends, investor appetite, and renewable energy capital markets activity
Support due diligence processes, documentation reviews, and transaction closings
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years of experience in project finance, investment banking, capital markets, private equity, or a related financial field
Strong financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large datasets
Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Preferred
Experience working on infrastructure, energy, or power transactions preferred
