Lead and participate in end-to-end Business Central implementations, with a focus on financial modules
Collaborate with finance teams to gather and analyze requirements, configure the system, and deliver user training
Support clients post-go-live to ensure system adoption and optimization
Contribute to solution design and best practice recommendations
Work cross-functionally with project managers, developers, and technical consultants
Qualification
Required
Proven experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting)
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Degree in Finance or Accounting is highly desirable
Must be based in EST or CST time zones (US or Canada)
