Corporate Paralegal

LHH is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their Dallas group. The role involves supporting attorneys on corporate transactions, due diligence, and closings, while maintaining company records and managing various filings.

Human Resources

Responsibilities

Support attorneys on corporate transactions, due diligence, and closings
Draft stock ledgers, certificates, org docs, and SEC filings
Manage UCC, EIN, and Form D filings; coordinate notary/apostille requests
Maintain company records, closing folders, and transaction checklists
Use tools like KIRA, Harvey, iManage Closing Folders, DocuSign, etc
Work closely with attorneys, clients, and internal teams across offices
Assist in post-closing tasks and manage calendar reminders

Required

5+ years of corporate paralegal experience at a law firm
Bachelor's degree required
Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple high-volume matters
Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and team-driven

Preferred

ABA-approved paralegal certificate
Notary
