Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and system requirements; develop functional and technical specifications
Research, recommend, and implement technology solutions to meet business objectives
Lead and participate in enterprise system configuration, integration, and enhancement projects
Serve as the primary interface between business users, software developers, and vendors
Develop reports, perform data analysis, and ensure system reliability and integrity
Administer enterprise applications and provide advanced user support and training
Mentor users and staff and support custom desktop and web application development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3 years of experience in business technology analysis or enterprise system configuration/administration
Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Trapeze
Enterprise application configuration and system administration
Business analysis, system integration, and project management
Software development and database tools (e.g., .NET, SQL Server, SAP ABAP, T-SQL)
Business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Reporting Services)
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills
Ability to lead, mentor, and resolve complex technical and business issues
Preferred
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership abilities
