Responsibilities
Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch Intensive, proven training designed to get you productive quickly — not “someday.”
Work directly with a high-performing sales agent You’ll guide real buyers through real homes, gaining hands-on experience most agents don’t get for years
Analyze and sharpen client search criteria Deliver clear, written feedback that helps clients make decisions faster — and helps deals move forward
Write and negotiate offers Learn deal structure, strategy, and leverage side-by-side with a master negotiator who fights to win and teaches you how to do the same
Lead generate at least 10 hours per week This is where opportunity is created. You’ll build confidence, pipeline, and income by doing the work others avoid
Weekly script practice You’ll master the language of real estate — objections, conversions, and confident conversations that create appointments and contracts
Be fully immersed in a winning team environment Team meetings, accountability, standards, and energy — iron sharpens iron here
