Senior Sales Operations Analyst

They are seeking a Sales Analyst Manager who will play a key role in managing reporting systems, optimizing sales processes, and providing insights that impact revenue growth and customer experience.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of sales reporting, forecasting, and analytics tools
Manage lead tracking and CRM performance, ensuring opportunities are captured, prioritized, and measured effectively
Collaborate across teams to streamline sales processes and improve pipeline visibility
Analyze performance trends and develop actionable recommendations to enhance sales efficiency and results
Support the rollout of new systems, dashboards, and process improvements that help the team scale smarter
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field (MBA a plus)
7+ years of experience in sales analytics, sales operations, or commercial management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making
Experience working with CRM platforms and reporting tools
