Wipro is a digital transformation partner seeking an Administrator L3 to provide technical support and administrative assistance. The role involves coordinating service requests, managing hardware procurement, and offering support to executives globally with a focus on AV systems and technical issues.

Responsibilities
Serve as a Call Coordinator/Dispatcher: Receive service requests via phone, email, or Teams IM, create tickets in IcM and SNOW, and assign to appropriate technicians
Provide basic technical support, including:
Password resets and machine account deletions
Installation and setup of laptops/desktops (Windows, Mac OS, Linux)
Exchange admin tasks for executive and conference room mail/calendar issues
Administrative tasks in Core Identity, Forefront Identity Manager (FIM), and Entra ID
Software installation, troubleshooting, and escalation (internal and third-party)
SharePoint administration and remote assistance
Hardware replacement (keyboards, hard drives, batteries, etc.)
In-person and remote onboarding for new executive clients
Knowledge base searches to support remote technicians
Support executives globally, with primary locations in Redmond, Paris, Hyderabad, and Beijing. Provide secondary support to out-of-area executives as needed
Perform basic AV support for meetings and events, including routine executive meeting room checkups
Dispatch AV Link for hardware maintenance/replacement, including remote locations
Use monitoring tools to identify and resolve issues in executive meeting rooms
Provide support to visiting executives for software, hardware, and event needs
Order hardware parts through third-party suppliers
Create purchase orders for new laptops, desktops, or other hardware
Coordinate with local teams and processes for procurement
Report to the Executive Support Service Manager
Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on AV systems
Investigate and resolve AV issues in executive conference rooms
Provide remote and on-site AV support, including urgent dispatches
Communicate technical limitations to executives in an accessible manner
Maintain confidentiality and positive relations with stakeholders
Suggest innovations and technological upgrades
Qualification
Required
Experience in IT support, AV systems, or related technical roles
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, conference room technologies, and peripheral equipment
Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
Customer service orientation, especially with high-profile clients
Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain professionalism
Preferred
Experience with Crestron, Extron, and similar AV systems is a plus
