Law Practice

Responsibilities

Provide litigation support to attorneys handling personal injury and employment law matters from intake through resolution
Prepare, file, and e-file pleadings and other documents in California state and federal courts
Draft correspondence, legal forms, and routine litigation documents
Manage and organize physical and electronic case files; maintain records and litigation databases
Coordinate scheduling, calendars, meetings, and litigation deadlines
Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, vendors, and opposing counsel
Assist with discovery, document production, and deposition preparation
Support trial preparation, including exhibit management and logistics
Perform clerical and administrative tasks as necessary to support litigation teams

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
Experience with California and federal court filings and procedures
Experience supporting personal injury and/or employment law matters
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Preferred

Spanish fluency
Paralegal certificate preferred but not required
