Lumens is seeking a talented and versatile Digital Designer to join their Creative Team. The role involves creating impactful still and motion assets across digital and print channels, collaborating with various teams to produce high-quality visuals that align with the brand's goals.

Responsibilities

Design engaging still and motion assets for social media, email, site, print, and event marketing

Create videos for social media channels including motion graphics and traditional video editing

Support campaign development with fresh, brand-aligned creative concepts and designs

Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet the highest quality standards

Collaborate with cross functional business partners to ensure our creative aligns with our goals

Contribute to the evolution of design systems, templates, and creative processes

Ability to clearly articulate communication across assets

Ability and willingness to receive constructive feedback and implement requested changes as needed

Strong communication skills, speaking to both overall creative vision and more tactical details

Required

Proficiency in the following programs — Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere and After Effects, Figma

Demonstrated experience in motion graphics and/or video editing. Color correcting and sound mixing a plus

Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design for various channels

Understanding of designing for various formats: web, social, mobile

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines without compromising creativity or quality

Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and visual storytelling

A collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and direction

Ability to clearly articulate communication across assets

Ability and willingness to receive constructive feedback and implement requested changes as needed

Strong communication skills, speaking to both overall creative vision and more tactical details
