This role involves providing technical guidance, troubleshooting performance questions, and enhancing customer experiences in the automotive performance sector.

Responsibilities
Be the go-to expert for customers seeking technical guidance and product recommendations
Troubleshoot performance and installation questions across valve train, fuel systems, electronics, drivetrain, nitrous, and cylinder heads
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while delivering a top-tier customer experience
Partner with Sales and Marketing to support promotions, launches, and customer feedback loops
Represent the brand at national trade shows, racing events, and motorsports expos
Document customer interactions and insights to help improve products and processes
Qualification
Required
A strong communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly and confidently
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Passion for performance vehicles, racing, and aftermarket innovation
Mechanical or automotive knowledge (hands-on experience is a big plus)
Comfortable with computers, CRM systems, and multitasking on calls
Willing to travel occasionally and be a brand ambassador for Edelbrock
