They are seeking a Project Accountant to support large-scale electrical and mechanical construction projects, working closely with senior finance leadership and operational teams.

Responsibilities
Track project costs, labor hours, change orders, and cost-to-complete
Review, process, and manage subcontractor invoices and payments
Monitor subcontract costs vs. budget and flag variances
Support project managers with reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Coordinate with operations and subcontractors on billing and compliance matters
Assist with month-end close, audits, and compliance reporting
Qualification
Required
5+ years of project accounting experience within construction
Strong experience working with subcontractors
Solid understanding of job costing, WIP, and cost-to-complete
Experience supporting project managers and operations teams
Preferred
Viewpoint Vista experience strongly preferred
