Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales and applications engineering support for industrial automation solutions

Support customers with design-in, system integration, and technical problem-solving

Deliver technical demonstrations, training, and promotional event support

Work hands-on with automation products in customer and field environments

Partner with internal teams to drive customer success and solution adoption

Travel to customer sites across the U.S. and Canada as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

Experience in industrial automation

Hands-on exposure to Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)

Working knowledge of control systems, including: AC Drives and Servo Systems, PLCs and HMIs, Industrial switches and Fieldbus networks, Process controllers and sensors, Power supplies and VFD components (including IGBTs), Robotics and automation software/programming

Ability to travel 25–50% across the U.S. and Canada
