Crosswalk Health is transforming out-of-hospital care by partnering with various stakeholders to improve healthcare delivery. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and maintain data visualizations and reports that support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for key business functions

Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and data requirements that support organizational goals

Extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure report accuracy and consistency

Analyze healthcare and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

Document data models, report logic, and visualization standards to support ongoing scalability and governance

Qualification

Required

1-2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting—preferably in a healthcare or healthcare-adjacent organization

Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling) and SQL for data extraction and transformation

Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams

Preferred

Strong understanding of healthcare metrics, workflows, or data sources (e.g., claims, EMR, patient encounter data)
