Responsibilities
Take inbound calls from homeowners responding to our TV ads and website
Make outbound follow-up calls to new & existing leads
Ask the right questions to understand motivation, timeline, and property details
Build rapport and trust with sellers over multiple conversations
Properly qualify leads and route strong opportunities to our Acquisitions team
Qualification
Required
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Comfortable on the phone and enjoys building rapport
Organized, consistent, and detail-oriented
Coachable and open to feedback
Preferred
Prior sales, customer service, or real estate experience is a plus (not required)
