Responsibilities

This individual contributor position is responsible for in-depth development of business analytics solutions

This role includes working in collaboration with business stakeholders, other developers, engineers, and analysts to develop data driven solutions

This is a position that involves gathering requirements, preparing project plans and documentation, combining data from multiple sources, creating new datasets to support downstream reports and analytics and managing customer expectations

Required

5-7 years of analytics experience with advanced SQL programming ability in a data warehouse or big data analytics environment (Stored procedures, SQL functions, CTE's, nested queries, etc)

Experience developing datasets, tables and views to support downstream reporting/analytics

Well-versed in data modeling concepts (dimensional/fact, cardinality, normalization, etc)

Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability

Strong collaboration and communication skills within and across teams

Experience creating/maintaining SSRS reports

Healthcare industry experience

Preferred

5-7 years of analytics experience with advanced SQL Programming

Experience managing and deploying code with Github

Experience conducting analysis and working with healthcare claims and services data
