Responsibilities
Provide input to the Business Operations Support team to prioritize incoming business requests
Consult with Business Units and Subject Matter Experts to identify, clarify, and document project objectives
Collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations
Assist in coordinating management team members to ensure objectives, goals, and milestones are on track
Ensure any changes are captured and effectively communicated to the implementation team
Will act as the key interface between the business and the project manager as they gather information, document processes, and confirm the final documents
May assist the project manager in providing more detailed project objectives; business needs analysis; clear, structured, usable requirements; tradeoff analysis; requirement feasibility and risk analysis; and cost-benefit analysis
Develop test schedules, review or create test plans, and track and document development/results. Verify solutions meet the requirements
Qualification
Required
4+ years of related experience
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
Intermediate experience with data analysis and research with the ability to identify and escalate cases or inquiries to mitigate bank risks
Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite
Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
Intermediate experience with banking applications and systems preferred
