Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking an experienced and motivated team leader for the role of Park Desk Clerk at Kentucky Dam Village State Resort Park. The Park Desk Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and assisting visitors with their inquiries, ensuring a quality experience during their stay.

Responsibilities
You will be the first individual our guests will talk with as they are planning their vacation with us
In addition you will work with the Front Desk team and other park staff in providing exceptional guest services to the thousands of guests who visit this park throughout the year
As a Park Desk Clerk, you will be a key member of our team at the Front Desk and assisting in providing excellent customer service delivered to every visitor
Qualification
Required
Experience with front line guest interaction via the telephone, email and in person
Able to greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
Knowledgeable of the offerings of the Park and surrounding area
Able to relate this knowledge to answer guests inquiries intelligently and thoroughly
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent grooming standards
Willingness to work a variety of shifts or hours based on guest needs
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Ability to work on your own or in teams
EDUCATION: High School Graduate
