Outside Sales Manager
TA Aerospace is a leading provider of high-performance clamping, insulation, and elastomer solutions for the aerospace and defense industries. The Outside Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions for clients.

Qualification
Required
Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
Strong skills in Relationship Building, Negotiation, and Client Communication
Knowledge of the aerospace and defense industries, with a deep understanding of airline procurement, engine MRO, landing gear MRO, Defense Depot procurement, and/or heavy maintenance
Proficiency in Market Research and Sales Strategy Development
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Travel 50-75%
Must be a hungry, self starter!
