Responsibilities
Develop and execute the investment roadmap for expanding the North American data center portfolio, identifying new opportunities in established and emerging markets
Leverage deep knowledge of data center markets to inform business decisions and shape the company’s real estate strategy. Maintain insight into competitive landscapes, regional trends, and capital markets
Source, structure, and close acquisitions and development deals in collaboration with internal teams, financial partners, and external stakeholders. Oversee feasibility studies, underwriting, due diligence, and transaction closing
Prepare materials such as investment memorandums, presentations, and proposals and present findings to the executive leadership team
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, investors, and enterprise clients. Coordinate with equity partners and lenders throughout the transaction lifecycle
Advise senior leadership and the Board on strategic real estate initiatives, providing clear insights on costs, risks, and returns
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of real estate investment, acquisitions, or development experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proven record leading complex transactions from origination to closing
Preferred
Master's in Real Estate, Finance, or Business Administration
Data center or mission-critical infrastructure experience
Experience collaborating with hyperscale or enterprise-level clients
