Executive Assistant to EVP of Sport Facilities
Fellowship of Christian Athletes is seeking a part-time Executive Assistant to the EVP of Sport Facilities. This role provides high-level administrative support, manages travel arrangements, and fosters relationships with key stakeholders while aligning with the organization's ministry goals.

Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the EVP
Support other executive assistants, sport pillar projects, and additional ministry initiatives as needed
Document and organize executive travel for the EVP of Sport Facilities, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars
Agree with, and abide by, FCA's Christian Community Statement
Follow a spiritual rhythm including daily prayer and Bible study to seek the Lord's will for FCA
Lead, conduct and provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship and living by example so they are equipped to serve others
Connect to and participate in a local church through worship and weekly involvement
Conduct yourself in a manner that affirms biblical standards of conduct in accordance with FCA's Christian beliefs at all times
Work closely with the EVP of Sport Facilities with a visionary mindset and an ability to see the big picture
Provide confident, proactive support to help bring vision and strategy to fulfillment
Create and maintain consistent relationships and communication plans with donors, key partners, key vendors, and FCA staff team members actively involved in the facility process
Manage personal touches including notes, birthdays, anniversaries, special occasions, and holiday gifts
Maintain accurate records of all correspondence
Respond to and resolve high-level inquiries and questions
Screen telephone calls and incoming correspondence
Promote teamwork and cooperation within executive offices and organizational pillars
Provide comprehensive secretarial and clerical assistants to the EVP of FCA Sport Facilities
Coordinate flights, hotels, and rental car needs
Manage the EVP of Sports Facilities travel calendar to ensure efficient scheduling, adequate transit time, and appropriate accommodation
Review notes from all meetings
Compile and track action items from meetings and relationships connected to the EVP of Sport Facilities
Ensure all important meeting information is current, organized, and accessible

Required

Ability to type accurately at a minimum of 50 words per minute
Proficient telephone skills with proper professional etiquette
Proficiency with Zoom and virtual meeting platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft tools, especially Teams and Planner
Self-starter with strong planning and organizational skills, including both digital and physical file management
Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic problem-solving abilities
Ability to initiate tasks with minimal supervision, manage workload independently, and meet deadlines
Ability to maintain effective working relationships
Preferred
Three to five years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
