Responsibilities
Post rent payments, adjustments, and maintain accurate tenant ledgers in Yardi
Reconcile bank accounts and security deposit accounts monthly
Process move-outs, renewals, and subsidy-related documentation
Prepare and distribute AR delinquency and aging reports
Track Section 8 and other subsidy payment suspensions
Serve as a point of contact for residents regarding ledger issues
Coordinate with management teams and attorneys as needed
Assist with year-end audit preparation
Support additional accounting tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Yardi experience required
2–4 years of AR or accounting experience
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Experience with tax-credit or affordable housing programs is a plus
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
