Marketing Intern (Influencer, Social & Brand Strategy)
NAiiA is a growing e-commerce fashion brand that creates semi-fine jewelry designed with modern style in mind. The Marketing Intern will support influencer strategy, social content, and brand initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in various marketing areas.

Responsibilities
Researching creators and stylists
Supporting outreach and tracking gifting
Helping identify long-term brand fits
Research for stylist pulls, collabs, pop-ups, and brand partnerships
Supporting ideation for campaigns, activations, and marketing moments
Assisting with Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest content
Light content planning and posting support
Helping optimize content and platforms using SEO best practices
Ad-hoc projects related to launches, brand strategy, and growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Currently studying or have studied a related field (marketing, communications, business, PR, media, or similar)
~1 year of experience in marketing, social media, PR, or related fields (internships, freelance, campus roles, or personal projects all count)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Strong communication and time management skills
Interest in fashion, influencers, and brand storytelling
Experience using Canva and Google Sheets
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
