Responsibilities
Provide both strategic and operational support to service center managers throughout the organization
Manage projects, providing feedback and supervision, and coordinating with team members
Monitor project schedules and budget, prepare technical reports, and complete project proposals and/or contract amendments
Work closely with clients acting as client advocate and ensuring satisfaction
Create original drawings and revisions of municipal, private, and industrial civil engineering projects using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
PE License
3-6 years of experience in civil engineering
Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Ability to create original drawings and revisions of municipal, private, and industrial civil engineering projects
Strong leadership skills to manage projects and mentor team members
Business-minded approach to ensure client satisfaction and monitor project schedules and budgets
Ability to prepare technical reports and complete project proposals and/or contract amendments
