Qualification
Required
At least 3-5+ years' experience in some form of insurance defense
Ability to manage their own caseload
Proven experience handling cases involving excessive force and constitutional violations
Litigation and trial experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Law enforcement or military background is highly desirable
