Responsibilities
Recruit pharmacists for community health centers and outpatient settings
Manage searches from sourcing through start
Support physician, NP, and allied health recruiting as needed
Maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates and internal teams
Keep ATS and CRM records accurate and up to date
Qualification
Required
Experience recruiting pharmacists is a big plus
Knowledge of pharmacist licensing and credentialing
Strong organization and follow-through
Comfort working independently in a fully remote role
Experience using ATS and CRM tools
Preferred
Background recruiting physicians, NPs, or allied health professionals preferred
