HRIS Analyst - Recruiting & Onboarding

They are seeking an HRIS Analyst to manage the Recruiting and Onboarding modules of SuccessFactors, providing technical support and ensuring smooth operations of the HRIS systems.

Responsibilities
Serves as primary HRIS Analyst and source for technical advice, guidance, and support to all end users of SuccessFactors modules for Recruiting, Onboarding, and for HR Compliance needs
Identifies risks and system issues across all platforms and escalates as necessary
Actively involved in continued innovation to the HRIS technical infrastructure: research recommendations, leads improvements and solutions to improve user experience and support business processes
Drive user adoption by designing and delivering training in addition to managing knowledge articles for appropriate SuccessFactors modules and HRIS processes
Tests, supports, and maintains modifications, utilities and tools associated with the system
Leads and/or participates in HRIS projects as needed and assists with project planning, scheduling, coordination, communication, and implementation activities
Analyzes and creates ad hoc reports and process documentation as needed to support business needs and initiatives
Serves as liaison to Business partners, COE teams and Information Technology department to develop and champion HR and Business needs
Performs system maintenance, including conducting functional reviews, testing and implementation of release changes, upgrades, or break/fixes. Collaborates with IT Change Control Board to apply configuration changes to system environments
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in technical fields such as HRIS, HRIT, payroll or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to demonstrate strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Compliance practices
Demonstrates understanding of HR compliance requirements
Ability to translate complex technical concepts to all levels of employees
Strong customer service orientation
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
SuccessFactors experience strongly preferred, with experience with multiple modules in SuccessFactors such as Recruiting and Onboarding
SmartRecruiters experience preferred
