Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with company objectives

Adhere to FDA import / export regulations and make sure the team does as well

Oversee daily operations across departments including customer service, distribution, compliance, and technology

Manage budgets, personnel, and equipment to achieve performance targets

Lead quality assurance and control programs ensuring adherence to regulatory and operational standards

Drive supply chain optimization , vendor relations, and cost efficiency

Supervise and mentor high-performing teams to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Establish and track KPIs to measure operational performance and support data-driven decisions

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, industry regulations, and company policies

Participate in contract review processes to ensure alignment with operational capabilities

Collaborate with finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis

Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance productivity and maintain cybersecurity standards

Champion innovation, best practices, and process improvement initiatives across the organization

Maintain open communication with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure transparency and alignment

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations or related functions

Proven expertise across multiple operational disciplines including customer service, FDA related distribution / logistics, technology, finance, and team management

Strong experience developing and managing departmental budgets and financial plans

Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale process improvements and optimize resource allocation for productivity and safety

Advanced data analysis and performance metric management using tools such as ERP, WMS, SQL, and Microsoft 365

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
