The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, while ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems
Perform repairs, rebuilds, and preventive maintenance
Support molding and automated production equipment
Identify issues proactively to minimize downtime
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation
Promote a safe, organized, and compliant work environment

Qualification

Mechanical troubleshootingReading schematicsCMMS systemsIndustrial maintenance experienceSafety-focusedReliableForklift certificationTechnical maintenance certificationsExposure to plastics manufacturing

Required

4+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
Experience with CMMS systems
Safety-focused, reliable, and able to work nights & overtime when needed

Preferred

exposure to plastics manufacturing
technical maintenance certifications
forklift certification
