As a Civil CAD Technician, you will work with project managers to produce civil site design and solid waste construction documents using AutoCAD, while ensuring compliance with company standards and providing design suggestions.

Responsibilities

Produce civil site design and solid waste construction documents using AutoCAD 2D and Civil 3D

Calculate quantities to be used in construction estimates

Determine earthwork volumes (cuts and fills) based on existing and proposed topography

Identify appropriate construction control systems on plans (i.e., baselines, stationing, control points, etc.) and prepare the same

Provide value-oriented design suggestions

Review drawings and documents to ensure compliance with company design and production standards

Qualification

Required

0-3 years' experience and/or 1-2 years of training at technical school

Successful completion of high school diploma
